Supports multiple cameras with picture-in-picture, split-screen, and camera-switching capabilities, as well as 360° video. There is an option to 'multitask' your cpu so it isn't always pegged but the rendering takes a slight amount of time more. Works with many popular cameras and video file formats. Even though I have an i7-4770 3.6ghz machine, it can still peg the CPU around 98% when rendering or making changes in the project. One more note The accelerometer data didnt look useful, even after I calibrated my camera, so the G-Force meter is actually deriving its values from the GPS. If you are considering Dashware or RR, it wouldn't hurt to try Dashware to start with and find the limitations, but in the process (for free) you will learn stuff that will definitely help if you switch to RR. Scosche® 2-way Full HD DVR System with 16GB SD Card (DDVR2XFHD) 0. The only part of the program that is still a little challenging to me is synchronization, but I'm getting better and better. Rand McNally® 100 Series Dash Camera with 1.5' Screen (DASH100) 0. The controls (gauges) are also laid out where everything is on one panel so it's easy to see/make changes. What I like the most about RR is it (to me) seems more intuitively laid out over Dashware.
There is a Mac and Windows version and it seems they update on a fairly regular basis. Open and synchronize your video and data files in DashWare. A partial list of devices and apps can be found here.
iOS/Android phones, bike computers, lap timers, OBDII links, heart rate monitors, flight recorders, R/C telemetry and more are supported. I can't say how much better this product is and even at $59 it is so worth it. Record your adventure using any camera and any data source. After many months of fiddling with Dashware and experiencing zero support (direct email, facebook, twitter) I have finally thrown in the towel and purchased RaceRender after a trial download. See your lap times instantly, capture video and telemetry data, analyze laps and data, and impress your fans with video+data overlays Quick and easy setup.
